No, all purchases must be made on the ESN Switzerland Webshop.
ESN Switzerland Webshop uses PayPal. As clothes are produced on demand every order must be paid in advance. Sections who want to place a group order can either ask to pay the full amount through PayPal or bank transfer, or ask every member to pay online.
Go on watermelon.ch. Choose several items you would like to personalize. Then send your logo and the garment details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Watermelon offers to ESN Switzerland sections the lowest prices displayed online on items pages. The prices will be as if you ordered more than 100 units and more than 500 prints. Finally a tab of your section’s collection will be added on the ESN Switzerland Webshop and your members will be able to order online.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sales define the business relationship between ESN Switzerland Webshop powered by Watermelon and the customer. When the customer buy at ESN Switzerland Webshop powered by Watermelon he/she accepts the following terms and conditions.
Watermelon is a company specialized in personalization and customization of textile garments for individuals and companies.
The prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). Watermelon doesn’t apply VAT. Shipping costs are charged separately and mentioned during the ordering procedure. Only the confirmation of order from Watermelon sets a sale agreement.
Delivery is conducted by a shipment service provider chosen by Watermelon. Watermelon can’t be held responsible for any belated or failed delivery in case of wrong or incomplete address information. Shipping costs are given during the ordering procedure. For an order of less than 10 items, delivery is usually complete within 15 days starting from the date the customer receives confirmation of his/her order. A longer delivery time may be expected for larger order. Watermelon can’t be held responsible for cancelled or partial deliver in case of outage from suppliers.
Watermelon sales personalized products. So Watermelon doesn’t proceed to refund. But Watermelon does refund in case of obvious defect product noticed within 30 days after delivery. Here are the obvious defects covered :
Watermelon declines any responsibility in case of typo made by the customer or low quality of image provided. The customer is the only one responsible for spell check and check the image quality.
The customer assures Watermelon that the text and motif are not subject to any rights held by third parties. In such case the cost of any breaches of copyright, personal rights or rights to the use of a name will be borne solely by the customer. The customer also assures Watermelon that by personalising the product he is also not breaching any other rights held by third parties.
Watermelon refuses to print or embroider any racist or pornographic content. Watermelon may decline any order due to technical or commercial reasons.
Tribunal of Lausanne is the place of general jurisdiction regardless of places of delivery.
